REPORTING OF MISCONDUCT – WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, and incorporating the provisions set out therein, is intended to ensure the protection of all individuals who report unlawful conduct, both in terms of confidentiality and protection against retaliation.

To this end, Contec S.p.A. has established an internal reporting channel (a web-based IT platform) for employees and external parties, enabling the management of reports while ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding the whistleblower as well as the other persons involved in the report.

For the submission of internal reports, the whistleblower shall primarily use the IT platform available at the following address:

In addition to the internal channel, the reporting person may also use the external reporting channel managed by ANAC – the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority, in the cases provided for by Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.
